As we come back to our first point, technology has long evolved since the old shovel. The common bulldozer makes it easy to clear land for a drilling rig to be put in place. A rig can then be mounted onto anywhere, such as the back of the truck, capable of drilling to enormous depths to make observations and withdraw materials.
