Tryzens, the leading provider of digital commerce and retail solutions, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Product Information Management software (PIMs) leader, inRiver, to extend its retail solutions portfolio in the UK across brands’ various digital touch points. Under the terms of the partnership Tryzens will now offer one of the most comprehensive PIM solutions available on the market today, available to its portfolio of B2B and B2C eCommerce clients to take advantage of.
inRiver is cited as a “Strong Performer” in the latest Forrester Wave report for PIM solutions. Its PIM technology enables brands to manage and co-ordinate all the information about their products, solutions and services from one central technology repository so that when consumers, third-parties and suppliers search for information about products, it is easily accessible and up-to-date, all of which ultimately leads to faster service, satisfied customers and a more streamlined business process for brands.
The relationship between Tryzens and inRiver is based on the strength of inRiver’s technology offering and product roadmap and the quality and capability of Tryzens as a Systems Integrator and Managed Service Provider for commerce centred solutions.
“We’re delighted with our new partnership with Tryzens. In our global expansion plans it is crucial that we have professional partners that are very knowledgeable of PIM solutions and which have the right expertise to deliver high quality solutions across joint clients. Therefore Tryzens will be a key UK partner for inRiver. It will help us expand on the various customer wins we have made in the UK over the past few months,” says Jesper Larsen, Partner Development Director, inRiver.
Daren Fitzgerald, CRO, Tryzens states: “In today’s multi/omni-channel world customers and suppliers are constantly connected to the digital world. They access information about products on their mobiles, tablets, desktops and tills. It has therefore become critical for brands and retailers, be they a B2C or B2B organisations, to be able to provide relevant parties with timely and accurate access to information so that they can access the product details they require seamlessly (e.g. specifications, availability, costs, etc.), enabling marketers and suppliers to meet their operational requirements efficiently and for consumers to make purchasing decisions just as fast.
“By using this software, marketing and merchandising teams will also be able to automate their current administration responsibilities as the software facilitates the improvement of new processes, enabling them to streamline the development of content to prevent repetition occurring and in order to update documents, sites, collateral in real-time,” cited Forrester ©. “The inRiver PIM fulfils an imperative for managing a customer-facing product strategy that can ensure a consistent cross-channel customer experience”, as cited by Forrester ©, concludes Fitzgerald.
