LONDON, UK, 10 January 2018 – Potter Clarkson LLP, one of the largest full service IP practices in Europe, has selected the OnePlace Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution to boost the firm’s marketing and business development activities and deliver deep client insight for the leadership team.
Potter Clarkson plans to roll out OnePlace in a phased project that allows a core group of key users to test and fine-tune aspects of the configuration and processes before introducing the system to a wider audience, followed by a firm-wide roll-out. As part of the implementation, OnePlace will be integrated with the firm’s practice management system, Aderant Expert, and the e-marketing tool MailChimp.
