2 September, Nanjing China – ZTEsoft today announced that MPT & KSGM, a leading telecommunication company in Myanmar, entered into an agreement for the deployment of ZSmart 8 Unified Contact Center (UCC) with ZTEsoft to improve the quality of customer service, expand revenue and improve user satisfaction with unified interaction experience.

MPT & KSGM is the first and leading telecommunication company in Myanmar, providing both fixed and mobile telecommunication services to residential and business customers of Myanmar.

With an effort to delight customers by offering more effective and automated customer engagement, the customer contact solution should be able to support MPT & KSGM with rapid customer growth, to improve efficiency and productivity while personalizing interactions with customers. ZTEsoft has been a long-term partner of MPT & KSGM for the ZSmart BSS already in place. ZSmart UCC can be highly integrated with MPT & KSGM’s existing ZSmart BSS system, which will help to reduce cost and provide omni-channel experience to MPT&KSGM customers.
