Unveiling for the first time innovative solutions for next generation small cell wireless infrastructure
Global connectivity supplier HUBER+SUHNER is set to launch a highly innovative range of small cells products that will revolutionize the mobile environment at this week’s ANGACOM event in Cologne.
The company will also use its presence at the event to show the COLOR CUBE OTDR Monitoring Reflector out of the Cube Optics product family. This allows real-time fiber monitoring to analyze the state of a live Passive Optical Network, without interrupting customer services. Because of the small and robust form-factor of the reflectors, it can be easily installed into an existing network and its passive nature makes it a cost-effective solution, supporting operators with initial installation, measuring and ongoing remote monitoring of the network.
“Our innovative, future-proofed, multi-vendor installation solutions are globally accepted by system vendors and mobile operators alike, as the simplest and quickest to install, whilst at the same time offering significant total cost of ownership savings over competitive solutions” explains Aleksandar Lazic, HUBER+SUHNER’s Product Manager of Small Cell Products. Now we have applied that same ethos to develop a range of equally innovative and easy to deploy small cell deployment solutions which specifically target the installation of next generation small cell wireless infrastructure products.”
HUBER+SUHNER is the market leader for Fiber to the Antenna (FTTA), Power to the Antenna (PTTA) and Hybrid to the Antenna (HTTA) infrastructure for installing Remote Radio Heads (RRH).
With an extensive RF and fiber optics portfolio that has already made significant contributions across a range of industries, HUBER+SUHNER is well placed to demonstrate its extensive expertise at this week’s ANGACOM event.
Based in Germany with HUBER+SUHNER GmbH, the company has produced a broad portfolio of small cell deployment solutions that are innovative and easy to deploy, whilst supporting the different wiring infrastructure needs for small cells and the need to deploy multiple radios off a single fiber daisy-chain.
HUBER+SUHNER has a wealth of experience in the development and production of first-class RF and fiber optic products for the global market, with an extremely comprehensive product portfolio that meets the different requirements of data transmission in the communication, industrial and transport sectors.
