HTC LAUNCH PARTNERSHIP WITH MOBO ORGANISATION
26th October: HTC, global leader in mobile innovation and design, today launched its partnership with MOBO, reaffirming its continued commitment to authentic audio experiences and building on its exclusive Beats Audio integration.
The partnership not only provides a platform to engage and entertain music lovers with amazing experiences, but also an opportunity to support those looking to make a career in the industry. HTC and MOBO Organisation have a shared ambition to inspire those interested in every part of music business – whether it’s behind the scenes as a producer or engineer, as an artist or simply someone who enjoys live and recorded music.
As technology becomes increasingly important in the creation, performance and appreciation of music, HTC is ideally placed to inspire and empower the next generation of British talent. Through a programme of activities based around MOBO UnSung and the Acoustic Sessions, plus commitment to mentoring schemes, HTC and MOBO will provide experience, guidance and support for very best up-and-coming talent across the music industry.
This commitment to unearthing authentic music is further demonstrated by the Best Newcomer in association with HTC Award, which is up for grabs at the at the 17th annual MOBO Awards*. Best newcomer nominees include: Delilah, StooShe, Angel, Rudimental, Lianne La Havas, AlunaGeorge, Conor Maynard, Jessie Ware, Misha B and Rita Ora.
