Newest office opens in regional capital city, Erbil, Iraq
Erbil, Iraq, 12 May 2015 – Hermes Datacomms, a leading global provider of managed networks for the upstream oil and gas industry, part of the SpeedCast Group, today announced the opening of its newest office in Erbil, Iraq. The new facility is in direct response to increasing demand for services from the oil and gas sector in Iraq and will enable the SpeedCast Group to deliver a higher level of service and support in this rapidly growing market.

Hermes Datacomms currently provides communications to 16 sites, supporting major operators and service companies in the region.

This latest office opening follows the recent acquisition of Hermes Datacomms by SpeedCast International Limited (“SpeedCast”).
