2017 marks the third year that the “Top 20 Field Service Industry Influencers” list has been published by Field Service News, a collection of influencers decided by a committee of industry experts. The influencer list celebrates individuals in field service who have been integral to industry improvement over the past year and who are expected to play a leading role in the industry’s future.
This is the first time that Heiser has been featured in the Field Service News list since beginning his tenure as CEO of ClickSoftware began in October 2015. Heiser has more than three decades of operational and executive technology leadership experience, and is a proven leader in implementing strategies focused on improving the overall customer experience.
During his 18 months at ClickSoftware, Tom has led numerous organizational changes, as well as rapid growth and innovation, including the launch of Click Field Service Edge – ClickSoftware’s cloud-first solution for field service organizations.
