The global packaging specialist opts for a unique multi-phase blended learning initiative
Huhtamaki approached BLT with the challenge to support the successful development of individuals at management level into more senior roles at the organisation. Following a successful 12-month trial period, the training initiative will be rolled out periodically with members of Huhtamaki’s global management team invited to central locations where the face-to-face elements of the training will take place. Amsterdam and the London area serve as easily reachable training locations for the first training programme’s official roll-out.
The multiple phase training initiative is split into five day programmes and entail executive coaching and virtual elements of online-based training as well as business challenges that will be completed in teams. By the programme’s conclusion, each participant is well equipped to lead his or her team and to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
