People are invited to submit their stories between October 6 and November 30, 2011, to the “I Speak Dragon!” contest site – either in written or video format – about how Dragon speech recognition has enhanced and transformed their lives.

Top Mediabrands executive joins startup Tapit
October 6th, Sydney Australia. Former Digital Director of Initiative (part of Inter Public Group NYSE:IPG) joins Near Field Communications (NFC) startup Tapit as Agency Director.
Part of Tapit’s global strategy is to provide innovation opportunities to creative, digital and media agencies. In turn, agencies are able to offer their clients innovation using the latest mobile technology, NFC, combined with Tapit’s infrastructure.
Andrew has ownership of all Agency and Client relationships at Tapit and will be a key figure in Tapit’s expansion.
Andrew Davis commented “Tapit’s growth to date is stunning and its potential is enormous, I’m pumped to be part of the Tapit team”.
At Initiative Andrew had overall responsibility for Initiative’s digital product and worked across major clients including Hyundai, KIA, Revlon, Bunnings, Rabo Bank and Office Works. Prior to this he was Client Service Manager on the Microsoft Account for 3 years at Universal McCann.
